Ans. You can buy data from us in three ways; a. Buy Online via our website, fill the form with your details and click “pay”. You will be credited automatically within 5mins during our active hours. b. Buy via Bank Transfer, just follow the simple steps below;

• Confirm the price for the data bundle you want to buy.
• Make payment into our GTB Account; (0432151773 Pro Panda Services)
• Send an SMS to 07032883852 (SMS should include Depositors name, Amount paid, number to receive data and sender’s bank)
• Your data will be credited immediately we receive your sms and confirm payment.

c. Buy via Airtime Transfer, Just follow the simple steps below;

• Confirm the price for the data bundle you want to buy. NOTE buying with airtime costs more than buying via online or bank transfer.
• Transfer the airtime to 07032883852
• Send an SMS to 07032883852 (SMS should include Number transferred from, Amount paid, number to receive data and indicate if its VTU or Share n Sell)
• Your data will be credited immediately we receive your sms and confirm payment.
• Only MTN airtime is accepted.

Ans. Usually the service provider will send you a sms notification informing you, you have been credited with data.

Ans. For MTN dial *461*6#, for 9Mobile, dial *229*9#.

Ans. If you make payment online, you will be credited within 5mins of receiving email receipt of payment. With any other payment method, you will be credited usually within 10mins of making payment, this is to allow us confirm your payment first. Sometimes there might be delays, usually due to network issues, please only get in touch if you have not been credited for more than 20mins after payment
